The Abdication Micropub

Serving an ever-changing selection of cask and keg beers, the Abdication’s focus is on quality beer from near and far.

Occasional beers from the on-site nanobrewery sell quickly - if you're lucky you might catch one. Also available are traditional ciders, wines and soft drinks. Bar snacks include their famous cheese and onion cobs, as well as crisps, nuts and pork scratchings.

This friendly, neighbourhood pub gives everyone a warm welcome. Situated in Coronation Buildings directly opposite the old Home Ales Brewery, it’s steeped in Nottingham brewing history. With original features from 1937, the pub has the feel of a parlour bar and is like being in someone’s front room. Conversation is king, with no music, screens or games to distract from tasty beer and relaxed chat.
